Glenn Higgins Fitness (K-5). Glenn Higgins makes themed workouts for kids. Everything from Avengers, Harry Potter, Fortnite, Star Wars...and more! Most videos are short and do not require equipment.
Cosmic Kids Yoga (K-5). Jamie creates interactive adventures for kids using yoga poses, mindfulness practices, and relaxation. Videos range from 5 to 30 minutes. Videos in Spanish are also available. Her YouTube channel has a TON of videos, I recommend starting with “Introduction to Kids Yoga” and “Super Yoga”.
Kids Bop Dance Alongs (K-5). Does your kiddo love to dance? These videos are awesome for their fusion of current pop songs with dance moves for kids!
DAREBEE (3-5). Darebee offers a variety of 1 page workouts. Use the filters to select workouts by body focus, workout type, intensity level, equipment needs, etc. Best suited for grades 3-5, but K-2 students can participate with help from an adult. Biggest challenge will be helping students interpret and perform the exercise pictures.
Popsugar (adults). Popsugar is mostly an adult resource for workouts, although some videos will be appropriate and manageable for K-5 students. Videos range in length (10-60 minutes), type, muscle focus, and intensity.
Yoga with Adriane (adults). Yoga with Adriane is also mostly an adult resource. Videos range from 5-60 minutes. Shorter videos may be suitable for K-5 kiddos, but they may need an adult model for challenging poses.
