Welcome to the JSIS P.E. eLearning website! My goal is to give kiddos & families engaging activities to help build physical literacy skills & encourage life-long movement! A daily goal for kiddos is 60 minutes of physical activity each day. Try to incorporate activities throughout the week that raise your heart rate, use "push and pull" motions to grow your muscles, and work on flexibility.
Lesson activities for the week are organized in two groups (K-2 & 3-5). Each Friday lessons for the following week will be posted & available. Lessons will be left up on the site for following weeks (as storage space allows). If your kiddo is looking for additional learning and activities they can keep an activity log or participate in a daily activity calendar. I am also happy to provide extra learning activities!
